This suite wasn't even in my radar when I first saw the Holiday Catalog. But once I got a better look of it I had to have it! These cards were fun to make and I love how cute they turned out. One thing I did like is how the dies coincide with the designer series paper and I was able to cut out the santa with the list. I also was able to make snowflakes from the dies. This design as a whole reminds me of the Christmas specials I would watch as a child. I wanted to take a few minutes and showcase the samples I made using the toil and trouble suite from our holiday catalog. You can find that suite on pages 48-49 in the Holiday Catalog. I got these ideas using Pinterest, the catalog and my own creativity. I really love our black glittered ribbon we have and I really think the spider trinkets are awfully cute. Another thing that I appreciate is how the cauldron dies cut out certain images from the toil and trouble designer series paper. Do you celebrate Halloween? If so how and what do you do? When Halloween starts it puts me in the mindset of the holidays coming to. But today I wanted to share some Halloween items and ideas you could find in our  Online Store . I haven't even played with my own Halloween items yet but hope in the near future to share with you my Paper Pumpkin from September as well as the Cauldron set I got. I have become the kind of card maker that likes to have a stack of cards handy for any kind of occasion. I was asked recently if I had a birthday card. I looked through the stack I had and my daughter who did the asking picked this one. It didn't have a sentiment on the front of the card so she stamped the Happy Birthday herself. I was pleasantly surprised by that as she usually doesn't do those kind of things like stamp on cards.  Anyways, today I wanted to share the envelopes I made to match the card. I say envelopes because as you can see one of the envelopes was just a tad to small. I used the Tranquil Tide Designer Series Paper that you can find in our annual catalog on page 190. One of the reasons I love our envelope punch board is because we can make our own envelopes to go with the cards made.
