I know it's only been 2 months into the new year but this is my favorite Paper Pumpkin Kit this year. I do have a thing for succulents and this kit in particular made me very happy. I didn't change up the directions that the kit gives you when you receive one. The only thing that I changed was I didn't use the bakers twine that came with the kit as making bows stresses me out. I went to a local crop yesterday. While I was there I finally finished the treat pillows that was part of the January Paper Pumpkin. I was able to make 24 and I had extra die cuts that I can turn into cards if I wanted too. So I might be ahead for next year's Valentine time. I also made 2 cards for my husband. Valentine's Day is also my anniversary and we will be celebrating 18 years. Wow! I wanted to make 2 seperate cards to acknowledge our anniversary and Valentine's Day. I made these cards with product from our Occasion catalog. If you need one and not working with a demonstrator please let me know and I will be happy to send you one! I do enjoy our Paper Pumpkin. I especially enjoyed November's Paper Pumpkin and wanted to share with you all what I had created. I usually don't defer from what they suggest in making the cards or projects. The only time I might not do it exactly as they tell us is if I think it's too difficult to replicate. I recently got back into Paper Pumpkin. This is a monthly subscription and you get a surprise each month. This month was enough supplies to make these lovely cards. I absolutely love this month’s kit! Being a scrapbooker at heart this is right up my alley! Everything you see here came with the kit except the pictures, pen, and adhesive. I did use the postage stamp punch but that is a Stampin’ Up! punch just not in the kit. I did a little book about my son doing swimming lessons around this time in 2009. I got my kit yesterday and this is what came with it. If you are careful in unwrapping the kit you can save the pool party tissue to make flowers with. Inside the kit is enough material to make 4 cards. You’d have to supply your own adhesive. In this particular kit you get a stamp block d. 2 clear stamps that say Hey There Friend and the other reminds me of splotch paint. They also give you a ink spot of basic grey, and sticky accents the yellow and green you see in front of the package.  And what you see highlighted in the cards I made. They do give you an idea for how to make the first card and that is what the upright card shows. The 2nd one I wanted to do something a little different. Oh and the kit comes with envelopes.
