Thanks a Ton!

One of the things that I love about Stampin’ Up! is how everything matches. I made a couple of thank you cards last night for a couple of friends I am having lunch with today. They had placed an order during Salebration.
My upline Patty Bennett had told us how she likes to give thank you cards to her customers and I have tried to follow that thought. Who doesn’t love getting a homemade card anyways?
As I earlier stated I love how everything matches with Stampin’ Up! I used the Sycamore Street dsp and the Sycamore Street Ribbon and Button pack. The cardstock used was Rich Razzleberry and Sahara Sand. I used the Thanks a Ton! stamp from Patterned Occasions. I love that elephant! So cute! I used Rich Razzleberry and Pool Party for the ink.
The cool thing about it all? I got these items for free thanks to Saleabration. Which ends March 22nd. And my friends get cute cards! Bonus!

  I am trying to challenge myself. So I have decided to participate in the card/color challenges you would see around the web. One blog I found that had a color challenge was this.   Lately,I have been on a kick to participate in challenges. I am finding that I am enjoying the color challenges the best. This is the card that I made for Pals Paper Arts . This challenge closes tomorrow Sept 9th at 9:00 am PST. If your wanting to join you still have time! The colors they called for was Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey and Crumb Cake. Gingham Garden Box

I meet once a month with a group of ladies to scrapbook. We work on our own projects or someone will teach us something. Last night we were taught how to make boxes. After I made the box that they provided I decided to do my own version with Stampin’ Up! supplies. This would be a fun box to put a gift in or to keep some cards in. The material I used was Gingham Garden DSP ( 129310 $10.95) Midnight Muse Stampin’ Write Marker. (You can get a pack of the 2012-2014 pack of In Colors for $14.95 126856) and the new In Color 2013-2015 Card Stock. Working with paper and what you can do with it is endless!
