February's Paper Pumpkin Kit



I know it's only been 2 months into the new year but this is my favorite Paper Pumpkin Kit this year. I do have a thing for succulents and this kit in particular made me very happy. I didn't change up the directions that the kit gives you when you receive one. The only thing that I changed was I didn't use the bakers twine that came with the kit as making bows stresses me out.   I am trying to challenge myself. So I have decided to participate in the card/color challenges you would see around the web. One blog I found that had a color challenge was this. Stylin' Stampin Inspiration You can find more info if you follow the link. The color scheme they had was Rich Razzleberry, Hello Honey and Calypso Coral. This is what I came up with. I used the Four Feather Stamp Set from the Holiday Catalog as well as the framelits that you can get in a bundle. I also used Blended Bloom and colored it with Calypso Coral Blendabilities.  In the picture of the 2 cards I had done that card for Creative Challenge Club . What do you do to challenge yourself or think out of the box? Whole Latte Love Revisited and Tea Shoppe

I worked on these two cards tonight. I wanted to do the Whole Latte Love in different colors and try to make it more masculine. I am not sure if I have succeeded. I also have had the Tea Shoppe set for some time and just haven’t used it tonight. Here are the recipes!
